最讓我感到驚喜的就是可以在酒店就看到玉龍雪山，園林式酒店的風(fēng)景當(dāng)然是沒得說，房間還帶有飛利浦的Apple底座音箱，放放音樂，泡泡澡很是愜意。酒店服務(wù)也很不錯(cuò)，就是位置稍微有些偏，離麗江古城有一定距離。

這次的行程是商務(wù)會(huì)議，所以對(duì)酒店的環(huán)境沒有深入的探究，但是服務(wù)的質(zhì)量還是不錯(cuò)的，我們有60多人，在寄存行李時(shí)，也能做到有條不紊，省去了很多麻煩，很感謝。唯一不滿意的就是浴缸沒有徹底清潔，希望能改進(jìn)。

Great resort in Lijiang. Stayed in the Deluxe rooms not the Villas. The room were spacious and decorated well, except that the wooden wall panels for the bathroom did not open up nicely to enclose the entire bathroom, made the guest felt vulnerable. Good idea to have lunch or dinner before heading back to hotel which is like a 10 mins drive by cab from the town centre. We tried the both the Cafe servicing western food and the Chinese restaurant servicing Cantonese cuisine. Breakfast at the former was the typical American breakfast spread but lack variety as during our 3 day stay, the menu hardly changed. The Cantonese food was passable but pricing is on the high side. Overall, nice resort with lovely view of the mountain!

第二次來到麗江了。上一回住了和府皇冠，地理之便就對(duì)大研比較熟悉了。這一次，想好了要住鉑爾曼，直面雪山，步行又可以10分鐘到達(dá)束河。 因?yàn)槭侨ツ瓴砰_業(yè)的酒店，鉑爾曼的設(shè)施設(shè)備都很新。尤其喜歡的是直面雪山的中心湖，天氣好時(shí)，早餐或午晚餐在曦餐廳的戶外位置，可以看到皚皚玉龍。入住的是豪華別墅房型，有一個(gè)小小的戶外溫水浴池，可惜天氣原因沒有享用。整個(gè)別墅面積逾300平米，最令我喜愛的是浴室龍頭（非常舒適）、浴室用品（低調(diào)的法國(guó)品牌roger & gallet，味道沒有想象中沖，挺適合亞洲人的）以及床。第一天到高原通常都睡不大好，但是在鉑爾曼沒有發(fā)生這樣的情況，幾天下來睡眠質(zhì)量保持不錯(cuò)。 酒店距離景點(diǎn)很便捷，步行到束河或者提前半小時(shí)預(yù)訂他們的特色馬車。到市中心大水車、象山市場(chǎng)、花馬街都可以坐穿梭巴士，只要提前1小時(shí)預(yù)訂就行了。酒店內(nèi)步行也很方便，雖然有電瓶車我倒也沒怎么用，權(quán)當(dāng)散步看風(fēng)景了。 入住那幾日，聽說酒店入住率挺高的，也看到有活動(dòng)舉辦，不過很舒服的是很少在酒店會(huì)看到別的客人，心里也奇怪著呢，這些客人都藏在哪兒呢。。。倒是員工看到，即便是清潔公共綠地的員工都面帶微笑。早餐服務(wù)很好...

Very well appointed room with great facilities and views. Service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Not the cheapest place to stay but very good value for money. Well located with plenty to do during the day including spa treatments. Only a short trip this time but plan to stay longer next time to see more of the surrounding area and experience the history of Lijiang area.

入住麗江鉑爾曼是去年的事情，都忘記了月份。鉑爾曼酒店的位置很多，距離束河古鎮(zhèn)很近，不行十分鐘就到了，最贊的是酒店配有馬車可以接送，很有味道。房間最舒服的是床，十個(gè)枕頭！可以挑三揀四，呵呵。酒店整體的服務(wù)很滿意，員工很親近，是一家難得的酒店！

We were fortunate to be some of the first guests to stay at this exclusive resort and were awed by its attention to detail in every way. The new Pullman Resort and Spa in Lijiang is by far a creation in itself of beauty, luxury and an overall sensory marvel. Experience it yourself and you will agree.

上個(gè)月再次來到這家酒店，已經(jīng)比上半年來吃飯時(shí)候的樣子在景觀上有了很大的提升，雖然主水景有抄襲鄰居的嫌疑，但是雪山與江南的風(fēng)景已經(jīng)可窺一二了。這次算是入住的比較徹底，酒店的各服務(wù)出了入院燒烤都試過了。 中餐廳環(huán)境比較有中式的古典風(fēng)格，菜品的味道還行以汕頭風(fēng)味拿手，香蔥炒風(fēng)干牛肉居然吃出頭發(fā)，處理辦法居然就是讓重新點(diǎn)一個(gè)菜，甚至沒有一個(gè)領(lǐng)班來道歉或者別的表達(dá)歉意，顯然缺乏處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 西餐廳用過幾次早餐，感覺熱菜太差了，味道不怎么，既然選擇少了，能不能做的美味一點(diǎn)呢？收餐盤也比較不勤，因?yàn)榉?wù)員都很忙，沒精力及時(shí)留意入座客人的需要。 酒店里的曼達(dá)拉SPA裝修在國(guó)內(nèi)都算一流了，相比另一家萬豪的曼達(dá)拉在細(xì)節(jié)住處還請(qǐng)注意，按摩床只要一受力就格嘰格嘰響真的很糟糕，技師鞋子請(qǐng)換成布底這樣在木地板上走動(dòng)才不會(huì)那么響，按摩頭部的時(shí)候?qū)χ腿说谋亲哟罂诤魵庖埠懿煌祝∈依锏臐?rùn)膚乳沒有添加，一點(diǎn)都刮不出來。一次性內(nèi)褲只有女生的尺寸，男生都穿不了的。 客房的裝修設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)代又方便，空調(diào)溫度好像不能調(diào)節(jié)，全景浴室最討人喜歡，不過衛(wèi)浴五金用的是某國(guó)內(nèi)品牌，此品牌專門竊取...

位置是在是沒的說，坐在庭院里，正對(duì)著雪山！如果看過鉑爾曼的宣傳照片就知道最好的景觀早餐在那里吃了，而且周圍只有王府一家酒店，十分的安靜！

我們一行住在鉑爾曼的有三間臥室的別墅,很漂亮,后面有雪山,在天氣晴朗時(shí)候你看得見,我們就有幸看見了。酒店的服務(wù)員彬彬有禮,很給力。酒店提供自行車,可免費(fèi)使用兩小時(shí)。我們騎著自行車到老城,玩的很愉快。沒有出現(xiàn)水土不服的癥狀。

鉑爾曼度假酒店應(yīng)該是麗江最恬靜舒適的度假酒店了。從大堂即可看到玉龍雪山，雪山成為酒店的背景，美麗而震撼。傍晚露天的燒烤，和好友小酌幾杯，以及法國(guó)大廚的美味料理，不但能按摩你的味蕾，更能舒緩你的心情。獨(dú)門獨(dú)院的庭院別墅，干凈的房間，讓你有種不忍離去的沖動(dòng)。鉑爾曼度假酒店應(yīng)該是麗江最好的度假酒店了。

環(huán)境好 房間精致豪華 服務(wù)好 可以看到玉龍雪山，風(fēng)景秀麗，空氣清新。價(jià)格也非常實(shí)惠，性價(jià)比很高。酒店的整體環(huán)境很舒適。

麗江最好的酒店,有麗江乃至云南最好,最多的純麥威士忌.風(fēng)景特別漂亮,很開放,讓人豁然開朗,每間客房都配有免費(fèi)的雀巢咖啡機(jī)和幾種咖啡膠囊,只是剛開業(yè),還不為人知

I had a barbeque dinner at the Pullman. The staff's level of english isn't great but very much always willing to resolve any issues, friendly, courteous and helpful. The food was quite good and the staff made sure our party were well taken care of. Drinks were always topped up and the food kept coming. We had the use of the library which I really loved. High ceiling, spacious, with glass around letting natural light flow through. It was a great place to chill out and a place I would want to be my living room.

For the third time visiting to Lijiang, I chose to spend one night in Pullman, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea. The deluxe villa is really nice, the smell of the room is fantastic, the view from the bedroom is perfect, and you can see the beautiful big dipper from the garden in midnight. I love the smell of their shampoo and lotion, I would buy some if it is for sale. The staff are very nice and well-trained, everyone we met gave us warm smell and always ready to serve. Lijiang is very beautiful, and Pullman can make your trip even better.
